Characteristics of SEKISUI LATEX
|
| 1. |
2. |
| Hydrophilicity of the surface is similar to a glass slide so that the reagent
and the specimen can be readily mixed, and lead to a reliable, reproducible
agglutination reaction. As a result, the assay operation is very
efficient. |
The disposable nature eliminates troublesome cleaning of slides and undesirable
effect of contaminated slide on assay results. And it reduces the
risk of infection to operators caused by accidental contact to specimen. |
 |
| 3. |
4. |
| The ring is marked with a hydrophobic ink
to assure good encircling and prevents the
liquid from flowing out while mixing reagent
and specimen. The ring will also retain
the test mix within it during the shaking
by an electric rotor. |
Write-on space is provided for each ring for marking by pencil or ball-point
pen. |
| 5. |
|
The test slide will keep flat shape under usual storage condition.
Because it is made by Sekisui's unique polymer technology.
